Our Reltio match rules merge records they should not. Can you fix that?

Yes. We label a sample of record pairs with the business, measure the precision and recall of the current rules, then tune and measure again. Wrong merges come first because they damage trust fastest, and we plan unmerges where needed.

Our Reltio implementation partner has left. Can you take over?

Yes. We start by documenting the existing tenant configuration so the knowledge belongs to you again, then take on enhancements or SLA-backed support.

How do you approach crosswalks?

As the lineage of the golden record: every contributing source and identifier is kept, so a merge can be explained and an unmerge is safe. Crosswalk design is settled before the initial load, not after.
