About the Role Vylqora Technology is seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Architect with 5–6 years of experience in Master Data Management and strong hands-on expertise in the Reltio MDM / Reltio Connected Customer 360 platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering scalable enterprise MDM solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, and driving end-to-end Reltio implementations. You will play a key role in defining enterprise data models, matching and survivorship strategies, integration patterns, data governance frameworks, and Golden Record management. This role requires a combination of strong Reltio technical expertise, MDM architecture capabilities, integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
What you will do
- Reltio MDM Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade MDM solutions using Reltio.
- Define end-to-end Reltio architecture, including data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and crosswalks.
- Architect Golden Record and Single Source of Truth strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Define matching, merging, survivorship, trust, and data quality strategies.
- Design source-system onboarding, data ingestion, and downstream integration architectures.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, implementation standards, and technical best practices.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and solution design reviews.
- Data Modeling, Quality & Governance
- Design and configure Reltio data models across Customer, Product, Supplier, Organization, and other master data domains.
- Define and implement match rules, merge policies, survivorship rules, and source-priority configurations.
- Establish data cleansing, standardization, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
- Design data governance, stewardship, and master data lifecycle management frameworks.
- Configure Reltio workflows and stewardship capabilities.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, uniqueness, and integrity across source systems.
- Define data quality metrics, business rules, and operational controls.
- Integration & Technical Delivery
- Architect Reltio integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud data platforms.
- Design API-based and event-driven integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Events, and other integration capabilities.
- Define source-to-target mappings and integration specifications.
- Design batch and real-time data integration patterns.
- Work with middleware, ETL/ELT, messaging, and streaming technologies.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between Reltio and downstream applications.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, configuration, data quality, and performance issues.
- Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data stewards, developers, and product owners.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and implementation teams.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Participate in solution estimation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare architecture documents, technical specifications, data models, mapping documents, and implementation guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement of MDM processes, platform configurations, and delivery practices.

- 5–6 years of overall experience in MDM/Data Management, with substantial hands-on Reltio experience.

- Experience with data quality management and governance.
- Knowledge of master data lifecycle management.
- Experience in one or more MDM domains: Customer, Product, Supplier/Vendor, or Organization.
- 3. Integration & API Technologies
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API-based integrations.
- Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise source and target systems.
- Knowledge of API authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with batch and real-time integration architectures.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/streaming technologies.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms.
- 4. Data Engineering & Database Technologies
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of data pipelines, ingestion, and data processing.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 5. Cloud Architecture & Engineering Practices
- Experience designing scalable and reliable cloud-based MDM solutions.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of API-led and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of scalability, availability, security, and performance considerations.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong technical documentation and solution design capabilities.
